This EE branch is by far the best one out there. Tam helped me regarding using a British eSIM overseas for over 6 months.
Tam also provided data plan information which helped us in our decision. Tam is very knowledgeable and has exceptional customer service.

The team were fabulous at fixing a SIM issue, and resolved quickly where Customer Service and other EE stores were absolutely useless.
Will be coming back here for any EE related issues.

Went to check some deal & spoke to a guy in shop. He replied in such a way as it seemed its a charity shop & he wants to kick out. No manners to communicate with customers no attiquettes to interact & behave. Total nonesense staff is employes.
With no customer services training.
Such guys are often found outside chicken chips shops.
And either be trained with professionalism or kicked out.

I didn't get to colleckt my order, I had my ID with me every time I tried, but they refused to give it to me. When I go back the THIRD time, they told me , it has been send back but the return process is not showing up on any tracking website. For more then twoo weeks I was writing to both the seller and the delivery company as well, but nobody carey to fix my problem including the shop. I have picture showing that they recived my item, wich was not supported by their pick up system. Because of this I lost more than 80£.
I will never go near this shop. I don't recommend nobody to use it as a pickup point.

Do not trust for repairs and poor customer service.
I visited the store as suggested by Google for a repair to my faulty Google Pixel phone still under warranty. The girl who attended to us immediately said she did not do repairs on one hand, but then was adamant on the other hand that she could 100% determine the phone was faulty due to it being dropped, despite this not being the case. I tired to explain the circumstances and she did not listen, treated me with contempt and attempted to charge me £90 for repair. Had I been more vulnerable, she could've scammed me this way!
Fortunately I refused and sent my phone off to Google directly. They repaired the faulty phone under warranty for no charge!
I would not trust this store to advise on phone repairs.

Very bad experience with these guys I saw pure discrimination. I am an indian went inside for a new contract but he didn?t allow me in saying you don?t have a British passport. Woow

They don't care about the customer needs they care about their foot count, I am standing out side the store and writing this. International students have no support because they only process uk documentation (BRP) and passport doesn't work here.

HiI was in the soup, I tried to buy some headphones, the salesman told me that they are not from the area and that he cannot sell them to me. Very disappointing

Amazing staff. Would never go to another EE store. Welcoming, friendly and funny. Always get you the best deal. They are all about the customer. Mark leads his staff the best and Chris and Amy are also fab.
