Bought £160 worth of stuff with student discount of 10% and one of the dinner sets was broken. I
wanted to exchange this but they made me return and buy it for full price again. Terrible manager. Avoid this branch if you can.

Very messy. Staff casually walking around. Then stood in queue for 10-15mins, with just two very slow staff members serving. Then was served by a lady called Karon, who bared no smile and no apology for waiting. Not great customer service!!!

Truly dreadful service from start to finish - ask where an item is located - they mumble, head down before rushing away. Ask about the spec of a microwave - you will be met with a blank stare. If you are brave enough to actually buy something, you can experience their 'walk away as you approach the till' routine as their parting gesture. It is almost worth a visit just to witness the ghastly service
