I bought two coffees. They were both on special promo and I realised at home that I paid for the full price. I went back, they did offer to match the offer price and they did it only for one of them at the end. Again, when I realised this at home, I was put off. This shop is completely disorganised. I would never spend £6 for 100g of coffee.This is ridiculous. I don?t think I?m going back.

I ordered 4 sandwiches some chocolate & bbq sauce.. Driver turned up with the bbq sauce & no chocolate or sandwiches!!.. Absolute joke of a place!! Why did you not ring me to ask what I would like instead if you did not have said items in stock???? I would of chose something different.. So a bottle of bbq sauce cost me £8.49 due to high delivery costs.. I will NOT be ordering from the co.op again!! Can you imagine sending a customer a bottle of bbq sauce & not contacting them & charging the customer £8.49.. I still cannot believe this happened.. Who works there?? Have you no common sense?? I would of politely rang the customer to explain the situation & asked the customer if they wanted to choose something different which I would of done!!.. 0 star rating from me.. NEVER AGAIN.... And I believe this happens to customers all the time, so please don't order from here........
