Always end up here for birthday balloons! The lady that helped us today was amazing, very helpful and very patient (I was struggling to make up my mind on colour combinations ?). Fantastic customer service. I even took an extra couple of other branded balloons here to be helium filled which there were no problems with at all (I know there's no guarantee they'll fill and last as they should).

Good value cards, balloons and celebratory items. Never any issues here. There are other shops nearby to compliment this for celebrations you might need to buy for.

I gave this store 4 stars because it's adequate but not as large as other locations however you cannot 'go wrong' buying from the #cardfactory stores I love their cards and small item gift ideas. The location in Luton's Arndale Centre is much better it's a larger store with more out on display and more room to move around. If this location had been larger it would have received 5 stars because it does kinda feel cramped inside. I recommend everyone shop at the Card Factory for gifts wrapping materials cards & more... can't beat their prices!
