I ordered my xl bacon double cheese burger with an extra patty and extra cheese, as a large meal with a strawberry shake, what I actual got was a normal xl burger with no extra patty or cheese and a vanilla milkshake not strawberry, when I realised I was 10 mins down the M1, I tried to call and complain, but the phone number said the mail box was full which meant I couldn't, I then sent a message to the "Contact Us" on the website, unfortunately to date, no answer from them, the original order was placed on the 1st of March, these companies are making it so hard to complain when something is wrong, and also you cant call them easily.

I am gonna file a complaint about this Burger King The burger bun is stale and had fungus developed on it. I had to throw it, it could have cause extremely serious health issues. Do something about it! Worst experience ever.
Parking: Please don?t take food from there

Great service from the staff especially the gentleman that served me on then till, Food came quickly and was still so fresh and tasted good when it was ready. Before leaving I was made sure all my needs were met before departing. Overall would most definitely recommend.
