One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Since transferring my prescription here, it has been a constant struggle. They provide very poor service with medication availability. For almost a month, I have been unable to get my ibuprofen gel ? every time I ask, they tell me it?s been ordered but never received. I really don?t understand how this can go on for so long. Very disappointed, and I will be moving my prescription elsewhere from next month, as it?s clear they do not care about their patients.
Also, I?ve seen your responses to other 1-star reviews ? OMG! Please do not reply to my review with the same ?contact this number? message, as that is not an appropriate response. If you are going to suggest calling a number, at least make sure it actually helps. Even the local independent pharmacists provide better service than Boots in this area. I don?t know how your head office allows you to treat people like this.

Returned a item but never got the refund when to boots around 3 times and still no help, staff are all rude and unhelpful, and i spoke to the manager for assistance but he avoided to help me multiple times. He said he will be come and help but never came to help. The staff are extremely unhelpful don?t come here and waste your time. Very disappointed?

I have just visited Boots Dunstable and picked up a prescription. The pharmacist was very helpful and pleasant, she gave me advice and information about my medication which I should have received from my doctor. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Rude staff,
Came to store at 09:00 when store was supposed to be opened, knocked on the window just to be ignored, knocked again and someone (i presume manager) finally opened store at 09:02. After opening store she started screaming at me saying that store opens at 09:00 and started to show her watch showing that it is 09:02.
After that she called security on me.
Darling, if you are miserable and don't want to work at Boots, leave and find another job.

i?ve always gone here because it?s my local boots, i recently just changed pharmacies to boots and there is a white lady with glasses who was EXTREMELY rude?? for literally no reason?? giving me attitude when i was just trying to pick up my prescription lol. it was an intimate prescription and she was so careless about it, she made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward. as another woman?? weird

Nice store but the young lady that served was miserable. Should have gone elsewhere.
On a plus the store was clean, orderly and well stocked.

Medication was collected for a 10 week old baby. The prescription clearly stated ORAL solution. Instead was given intravenous infusion ampoules! And on the label says do not swallow. I called Boots pharmacy saying how do I give this to my premature baby & they were tapping away and Oopsey daisy they clocked an error blaming the computer system substituted the product for the next best thing. They completely rely on a system rather then checking themselves! This is not a Tesco?s click and collect where items are substituted and it will do! Not only was i left without medication late afternoon to be told on New years eve, i had to contact the GP, hospital, other pharmacies to see if they could help. I was running at 6pm to collect a rewrite of the script and run to another pharmacy & now my baby is left without.
How on earth did these people qualify to become a pharmacist? I could have done a better job myself. This is unacceptable, frightening & DANGEROUS!!!! Had i not checked, Imagine someone Who does not speak or understand english & had given this to their baby!!!!!! I was completely shocked, left In destress.
Pharmacist have a duty of care & being left without the medication and not resolving it is simply disgusting!
Please avoid at all costs!!

Boots Pharmacy is awful. Nothing is ever in stock. Always issues with my repeat prescriptions. Issues with getting my son?s baby formula because it?s not been ordered in time. Incomplete prescriptions - still owed a month of my prescription, took my slip in to be told it?s void now, that?s 30 days without medication now. Would avoid at all costs.

Very slow service and there is always an issue with the prescriptions, especially with baby formula. Either they haven't placed the order or they are out of stock or limited supply. Interesting that other pharmacies always have it. I am changing pharmacy.

I checked on the tag price shown on display was £1.50 and they check the price is £3.50. Unfortunately they say its discontinued. They mislead the consumers for the price.

One of my worst experiences happened at this Boots.
The staff seem disinterested to help customers.
They do not seem to know what their role is.
I paid a visit to purchase a present but wished I had not as I was met with a rude staff member whim.did not seem to know who to ask about my query..

The questioning at the pharmacy counter is intrusive. No other pharmacy is like this.
I know that when selling paracetamol and codeine products, warnings have to be given but to be asked "what are you using them for" is not acceptable.
I'm 68. I used to work at Boots. I was giving the warnings to customers before these assistants were born!
I'm made to feel like a junkie everytime I buy painkillers!
