Sometimes a little slow as they get very busy but 5* for customer service, and the way the pharmacist always take time to chat if you need questions answering . Really helpful staff all round

If I go early in the morning, I would find what I need on the shelves but can not always, but if I go any time between 16:00-20:00 you can bet I find 50% of my shopping list in there and 50% in elsewhere as shelves are not always replenish

Absolute disgrace missed my medication almost 2 months and are very rude implying I had to give a week's notice which was never agreed. Absolute shambles we all cannot be wrong look at the reviews they should be shut down disgraceful!!!!

The NHS website states that this pharmacy can help for certain very specific items just by seeing a pharmacist (as it's near impossible to get a dr appointment nowadays). Completely useless. Came out completely disappointed

Just went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend. And the old woman behind the desk was so rude and unhelpful. Told me the thing I require does not exist even though it?s from the hospital. Asda should fire that woman

had an appointment booked for a flu jab at 1.30 pm on the 26/11/23 ,arrived on time .and was told by a member of staff that she would let the pharmacists know i was there . after thirty minutes the pharmacists appeared.( as i was waiting. i let anyone that had come after me go in front . )the pharmacy was not busy and they had three staff working. one doing prescriptions. he asked who was next and ignored me as it looked that i was last in the queue. the staff member then told him that i was there for a flu jab .he said that i would have to wait ten minutes. i protested at this as it wasn't fair as i had a appointment.and had been waiting . the staff member then lied and said i was told the pharmacists was in a consultation.( at no point was i rude ) i refuted this and to my dismay the pharmacists then said i could wait or take my business elsewhere.unbelievable way to treat a paying customer this pharmacy should be ashamed of it self and its staff .not even a simple apology. i will never use this pharmacists again and not a good reflection on asda .

The waiting time to get served is ridiculous. The lines are long, the employees are really taking their time. Will not recommend as a go to pharmacy
