It's not safe to park here. ASDA have brought in one of those scam parking companies whose purpose in life is to trick people in to paying massive fines. Even when you think you've done everything right. You might be okay once or twice but if you come here often enough eventually they will trick you with some minor technicality for which they will expect you to pay £100s and you will end up with debt collection agencies at your door. I strongly advise you to park and shop elsewhere... like Sainsbury's.

I?ve never ever made a negative google review about a grocery store but due to this experience I had to. I was served on the checkout by a lady called Danielle. She had a very bad attitude whilst checking me out despite me being friendly. With the questions I had she was very blunt and not helpful. I hope that no other customer experiences this. Next time I will stick to other stores like Tesco.

Review for Asda Superstore, Dunstable
I have always had a positive opinion about shopping at Asda until today, 26th January 2025, Sunday. Around 10:30 am, I parked my car in the designated parking area within the allocated space, right next to the mother-and-child parking area. After a short shopping trip, I returned to my car only to be shocked and extremely upset to find a huge scrape at the back of my car. It?s clear from the markings that a red car had rubbed against mine.
Naturally, I approached the supermarket staff and then the security team to help identify who was responsible or to review the CCTV footage. To my absolute disbelief, I was informed that there are no cameras in the car park. Furthermore, both staff and security stated that they bear no responsibility for what happens there, instead shifting the blame to a company called Horizon. When I tried contacting Horizon, they didn?t even pick up the phone.
How is it fair to have a car park that charges money but provides zero security or accountability? There isn?t even CCTV to monitor incidents like this! As a civil servant working with the Ministry of Justice, I find it incredibly upsetting and unprofessional that a business as large as Asda cannot ensure basic customer protection in their own parking area.
This experience has been nothing short of infuriating. Is this how you value your customers? What reassurance do you provide to those who use your parking facilities in good faith? I am calling on the store management to step in and assist in resolving this matter. If you truly care about customer experience, you need to take some responsibility here and not simply shrug off incidents like this.
I am deeply disappointed and expect a response from the management regarding this unacceptable situation.

This was my local Asda until I moved to Australia some years ago. The store hadn?t aged well, the aisles seems to be in a very scattered order making me need to double back on myself. However, I did eventually find everything I needed. It?s good to see that you also have annoying self service check outs too?. I prefer to be served by people, and when I did get served, cashier was very nice and friendly. Car park was as ridiculously busy as ever and has worsened over the years.

I bought a PS5 game in ASDA DUNSTABLE for my son for Christmas. When he out the disc in the PlayStation said he was over heating, this DOESNT happen on other discs he uses so I took it back. They said the only thing they can do is exchange it like for like. I tried the new one they gave me and the same issue happened. I went back to the same store and said it must be a problem with the batch of discs but they said as no one else has bought any back they can?t do anything. I now have to buy it again on the PlayStation store as a digital version and hope that works. I know it won?t matter to Asda as they will continue without thinking about it but I have now cancelled my Asda rewards and WILL NOT use Asda again.

Just got a fine for parking more than 60 minutes which is £60,i have shopping everything from Asda for years,but receiving the ticket for parking is soo disappointing especially when i am 9 months pregnant which is the reason why we stayed extra time as i struggle to walk and we never knew this people will charge you for staying more than 60 minute as usually it is 90 minutes free every where

Nice Asda, well stocked, competitive prices and offers. Always clean and staff is willing to help if you can't find an item . Check-out staff is also really helpful, self check service is really good.

My shopping was due at 7.30pm. At 8pm I got a text to say it would be arriving late at 9.40pm. At 9.50pm still no shopping. App says driver 3 stops away (as it has done for the last hour). I called the call centre to be told it had been cancelled, their was a problem, all orders cancelled. No email, no text to let me know. Poor service, poor communication.
