Went to TP today needing to hire a dehumidifier. Unfortunately they didn?t have any in stock at Biggleswade but Ian (I think his name) checked the stock for the Bedford store too. He even went above and beyond to contact a different local company on my behalf to source one for me and gave me information on how to hire/what deposit was required etc. Thanks very much.

I normally use screw fix however this time I was in a rush. I done an online order,I then received my email so i went into the Biggleswade store I went down to the till area and waited at click&collect stood there for 5 minutes why the two members of stuff sat there talking to each over and then answering the phone once it rang. Eventually another member of staff come out and asked if I needed anything.Never use again

It's not often TP have disappointed me. I'm in the construction industry and visit their sites often in many different parts of the UK.Twice today TP failed me. 1mm 4" metal cutting discs........NONE! I'd already amassed about £120 worth of goods before asking for the discs. Was told they're out of stock. I had a good mind to leave, without purchasing, and go to Screwfix that had everything I wanted for £17 less! That includes a pack of discs!I made the purchase. Later I returned for an extension for an impact driver. TP hadn't any. However, Screwfix did!Come on TP! Screwfix are ahead of the game Pal. Shift up a gear!The staff were polite and courteous as they are in most other branches.I wanted to score you 2 not 3. But your brand is worth more than that.
