On Thursday evening the 18th of october i visit with my family the Biggleswade TKMAXX store 1, A1 Retail Park, London Road Trading Estate, Biggleswade SG18 8NE.My three young children stopes at the cosmatioc section lloing for child hand cream they were attracted by the comical on some of the boxes the soon after that IAN one of the store mangers approaches the 3 young children with an angry attitude teling how dare they made a mess of the disorganizing the display complaning that he id fudup keep doing it.I reminded ian the store manager that his most important job and his team to give excellent customer service to customer then i was surprised by his answer which indicated he doesn't care about TKMAXX customers and he was promoting TK MAXX as not child friendly company. canner management confirm if this one of your store polices and if not i suggest that you invest in re training this store team to precinct you from having bad reputations.
