I had my eyebrows, upper lip and chin threaded by Melody at Biggleswade Beauty Studio today. I have undergone threading for many years now and this was the very first time I have a virtually painless experience. I?m definitely looking forward to my next appointment. Thanks Melody ?

My wife tried an earring before buying, then she was forced to buy it by one of the sales person since it was tried.
There was no instructions to say they cannot be tried. Even though the website says we can return anything (in re sellable condition) it?s not honoured even at the shop.

I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday and I was left standing with no acknowledgment for 10 minutes whilst chatting away to another customer. I then returned today to be left at the stand for another 10 minutes waiting for someone, for me to ask a member of Superdrug staff to be told the eyebrow counter opened at 12. There was no sign to suggest it was closed. Finally I came back after 12 to be told to come back in half an hour. Feels very unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Very rude staff indeed especially the lady with blue hair. Not helpful in the slightest and lots of whispering to each other through headsets.didn?t feel comfortable so had to leave and go to boots where the staff are extremely helpful. Not coming back to this Superdrug ever.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been into superdrug many times and have had nothing but a friendly service. I have never been followed around the store and everyone working there has been a joy to deal with.

Visit the store often to pick up a few bits and pieces. Found more recently that the staff are incredibly rude and not approachable in the slightest.I completely appreciate that you may get shop lifters but please tell your staff that not every member of the public is a shop lifter and to please stop following people up and down the aisles and rudely speaking about shoppers to each other through their headsets - just a word of advice - we can hear you speaking to each other , best to save the gossip and remarks for the staff room and not the shop floor.Also - prices in here have increased so much ! On what planet are deodorant Sure bottles now £5 !?!? They were £1 - £2 not long ago !If you?re after a pleasant shopping experience for beauty items , I?d go for Boots just a few doors down. Much less hassle and harassment from staff.

I went into the store on Saturday to buy perfume for my wife's birthday. I knew the one I wanted; I could see it on the shelf behind the counter but there was no one serving. Six feet away were the tills and no one was being served. I asked the young chap if he could pass me a perfume. He made some mumbling noises and as two customers went to his till, he served them. I waited until he had finished and again asked if he could pass me a perfume, once again I was ignored. Two more customers went to the tills, and he started serving them. This time I walked out, went along to boots, got served within seconds and saved £8 on the same perfume. Give me the impression you do not want my money and I shall not spend it with you.

What's the point in having next day collection in store available when after 4 days it still hasn't arrived. I walked into store and they had all the items on the shelf, so why was I left waiting for so long? Absolute nightmare.

Only a few weeks ago this was my favourite shop to visit and only last week we are now appaulled by the awful behaviour of the staff . We came in for a look around with our mam and was watched by a member of staff the whole time . We feel disappointed that travellers will not be fully accepted into there shop it's truly upsetting and confusing . We r disgraced by ur inconvienece . Did not feel welcomed or comfortable with my visit . SHOKING ??

I recently got my eyebrows thread at Superdrug and cried all the way home because my eyebrows end up so fin and uneven. I now have gaps in my eyebrows that didnâ??t not have. I specially said â??I like my eyebrows thickâ? She said that she would just take some of the hair for above off and take the stray hair from the bottom. I ask if that wold make them fin and she said only a bit ; now my eyebrows are like sticks and Iâ??m so unhappy with them, theyâ??re not even at all and not a good shape . I canâ??t believe she have a job!
