Slow staff that seemed to be prioritizing online orders, only for them to sit on the side and get cold....
Wouldn't recommend going into store as you will be waiting a long old time!

staff are rude. took over 70 minutes to deliver 2 sandwiches. food cold. missed dips. the food tasted alright at least. ice cream was melted.

Scary Subway! Won?t be back here again! Large woman was screaming across the shop swearing and being extremely unprofessional. Two boys fell victim to it unfortunately. Seemed very volatile the woman did. How hard is it to make a sandwich!

Went for the "new" stacks bacon and cheese melt, and I must say it was exceptionally good and very well prepared, so what went wrong! The wait!! It wasn't overly busy, so I don't quite understand why it took so long, plenty of staff, so not that! So maybe the facilities where, (excuse the pun) sub standard, they need a bigger melt machine!!! Young male behind the counter and tall lady with dark hair, honestly so rude. Not a hello, a smile, a thank you, enjoy your food, nothing. Just ?what do you want in your sandwich?, advised I was sitting in and not to pack in a bag or anything, totally ignored what I said and proceeded to put in a bag. This branch used to be fantastic with customers, I feel like a lot of the friendlier staff have left. However, today?s visit has left a sour taste in my mouth. I do understand they must be inundated with online orders as well. However, I was the only customer in the shop at the time, there was no queue and my order was a simple one. Don?t get me wrong, if I was a rude member of the public then I wouldn?t blame them for the lack of service as I know retail can be awful. Not expecting a full blown conversation or performance, just a hello and a thank you would have made the visit totally different. It would be a good idea to perhaps retrain the staff on their customer service.On the plus side, my sandwich was lovely.

Ordered food online from uber eats and on my life there's no option for us to click for toasted! Ordered 2 big breakwhiches and the food was absolutely freezing phoned the store and they said there is meant to be a option for toasted but wasn't considering there was hash brown, sauces, bacon and egg and wasn't cooked me and my husband are now ill from it

First time in a subway... had a chicken cheese salad, it had a name but cant find it online. Not a chicken salad where you can choose what you would like from the salad bar!! All the same price... but when i asked for dressing they said you can't have that ? i said i would pay extra. However, it was a very nice salad, good portion size.

Nice place BUT different foods are being handled with the same gloves and utensils like knifes are being used to cut different customers sandwiches which contain different meat. I don?t eat pork for religious reasons and my sandwich was cut immediately after a ham sandwich was cut with same knife and same gloves to pick up my fillings used to handle pork! Not very thoughtful but overall nice staff and clean place.

I pay £4 delivery, then they tell me 1 hour 40 minutes, delivery ends up taking 2 hours 15 minutes. The food quality was horrific aswell the food was cold, and the bread was stale, also the breaded chicken you do is disgusting, have you tasted it?? Subway you?re a joke & should not be offering delivery if you can?t handle the service.
