From my eye test (which was done very efficiently and with care) to choosing my first glasses and support with booking my appointment for contact lenses. Turned my 1 year old son away because we were a few minutes late trying to find a parking space. Couldn't offer any other appointments and didn't seem to care. Just left my son to deteriorate. A very upsetting experience.
