Never had an issue with the Royal Mail they have always followed delivery instructions so have always got my parcel and on time. I wish Hermes/ Ervi would take a course and tips from them!

Royal mail has gone down the toilet. The amount of times i am in and they don't even knock and just post a "wasn't in" note.

An impossible service. They are never open. Their opening times are ridiculous and unreasonable. Their postmen never fill in their 'Something for you' cards properly. I used to think Yodel and Hermes were bad. Royal Mail are the worst service anyone can use. You will be hugely inconvenienced. I never use them anymore and it's a huge chore when someone sends me something through their service.

Never bloody open!!! Came all the way down there with a car full of parcels only to find that they have changed their opening times without updating their online opening times! Really helpful! And they are only open a couple of days a week now for about 2 hours each time! How am I supposed to run a business like that? Useless!
