Completely unhelpful branch. Have banked with them for years and yet they won?t certify a document for me for our mortgage application. They literally have all the legal power to do it, an empty branch and a photocopier and yet refused.

OMG this Biggleswade Branch was great once, Just don't ask to have your passbook changed. Remember Staff it was not a choice thing for us Customers. I cannot understand why the staff are sitting there talking not working and yet asking to change the Passbook causes such a reaction. I have visited 9 times even finished work early twice at great inconvenience. I don't want to drive over to be told, nobody here to do it, come back tomorrow you might be lucky. Lucky really??? It's a nightmare, I think the best thing to do you passbook holders is go the the Skipton Building Society, no issue with Passbooks and the staff are not aggressive. If you have to go to Biggleswade Branch Saturday staff are more helpful. Just avoid the Surly woman manager and her two lazy women.
