This place is good. Wide selection of things, including tuxedos. The best thing is, you have an M and S, Next, TK maxx, river island etc next to it, so you can compare the stuff and buy according to need.

It doesn?t take much to say the basic hello and goodbye when you?re serving someone. Felt like I was an inconvenience being served. Love the shop but some of the staff lack basic customer service skills

It's OK. An average Matalan. It's just a shame that it's gone the way of other chains in employing less cashier staff and pushing customers to do self check out. If I wanted to work in a store I would apply for a job there. When I go shopping I want to be served. Not work for my shopping.

Overall a generally clean, well stocked store with great customer service from who served me today however, whilst checking out I witnessed who I think was a manger (lady with a headscarf) being very unkind to younger members of staff.
She was very unprofessional raising her voice to them infront of me and other customers in line to the point I felt embarrassed and sorry for the young workers who looked like they where both trying very hard in a busy store at there job.
In my eyes it was very unprofessional and she should have talked to them quietly to one side rather than shouting at them infront of a busy que.

Good store, well stocked. Actual wood frames approximately A3 with mount to take an A4 photo. I use them to frame my watercolours. Incredible value at £5.
