My Daughter had a Bra fitting today with Sam , Sam was excellent from start to finish. So very kind and knowledgeable what a wonderful lady and deserve the recognition of being just utterly fabulous. Thank you Sam we will definitely be back in 6 months

Poor range/ selection of clothes - very odd sizes on the hangers - but my biggest issue is the café. *Achingly* slow service in a grubby environment, for very average food. And they regularly have food items missing off the menu to boot. Not very impressed, unfortunately.

As a disabled person i went into the food hall, picked up my shopping, but when i went to check out it was all shelf service and i can't do that it worries me i had no phone service so i had to be embarrassed by leaving my shopping and walking to the car to get help from my husband, please keep at least one till open for people like myself.

Final visit to the cafe, which you can't really call it that. Only because a cafe serves food from it's menus.
We visited at 11am yesterday and they stopped serving their All day breakfast. Because they didn't have all the food for it. Obviously whoever is in charge of stock needs to go back to school, because the last 5 or 6 previous visits have always ended in a walk out at the till as I'm not paying for something I don't want.
Staff don't care, best thing they can do with this "cafe" is closed it down and expand the food hall part.

Review of cafe:
Service is good. Staff are friendly.
Oat latte. Nice enough, but coffee taste gave away the cheapness of the beans.
Had a bowl of chips - AVOID! Bloody, bloody awful. Cheap, frozen, oven chips. Hard & tasteless.
Had a mushroom & cheese toastie. Having had several at this branch that were not correctly cooked (i.e. not cooked for long enough, to the point the cheese hadn't even melted), I asked for this to be well done. This was done & was fine.

The cafe here is an absolute joke. Staffed almost exclusively by teenagers, the service is disgraceful. They are not short staffed, but the staff they do have seem to walk around in a gormless manner not really knowing what to do, moving at a glacial speed. It took an age to be served. When I finally did, half the menu items were unavailable, the ?pot of tea? was served in a paper cup. The tables are FILTHY and many weren?t cleared. I visit many M&S cafes as I travel for work and this is the only one that has left a lot to be desired. Pathetic

Another great experience this morning. I prefer to travel the 35 mins to this store vs our local Beehive Cambridge store just because of ease and how much larger it is. Took my sons to the cafe too, and lovely food, lots of space and the coffee was amazing. The sausage ciabatta was small, but really tasty.

Really disappointed to see that they?ve stopped stocking larger bra sizes in store, as a younger person with a bigger chest it used to feel so inclusive to be able to purchase my size off the hanger in your store.
You shouldn?t get rid of something just because you feel as a company there aren?t enough people physically coming in to buy them. Myself personally wouldn?t go online to buy these sizes as it?s too long a wait time and I like to pshyically try on the styles?..
Even one of the workers said it was a silly idea to get rid of them as a fellow bigger chested lady.
3/10 shopping experience honestly. I left feeling disappointed and having to settle for older looking bras just to be comfortable, Which as someone in their 20s is depressing to say the least.
