The worst pharmacy going.Since closing the other town centre branch they?ve never been able to cope, and now that they?ve also shut the Sainsburys branch they are completely useless! EXTREMELY slow (be warned, you?ll be queuing forever), never have what you need and forever trying to substitute brands for rubbish you?ve never heard of.Lloyds - you may as well shut your final branch too.

If I could give zero stars I would, what an excuse of a name to call them a pharmacy.\\nMy wife and I have lived in Biggleswade for 4 years and have used this place to collect our medication until now, we have had enough and have just asked our surgery to change and send our prescriptions to Boots instead.\\nWe have given Lloyds the benefit of the doubt on so many occasions hoping that it would improve but it has gone the opposite way and got worse.\\nThey don't answer the phone.\\nThey are rude.\\nWrong medication.\\nLack of the correct medication.\\nMedication never ready on time.\\nQueueing takes for ever as they are so slow to deal with customers.\\nOne female staff member even accused my wife of going behind the counter, I'm not sure if she was blind or just incompetent.\\nGoodbye Lloyds, I am really not sure why you are still in business.\\nHello Boots.

I fully understand delays due to manufacturing supplies, however.... when you have waited 6 days and the medication is behind the counter, I don?t understand why it would take a further hour to label and pop in paper bag? This particular medication is labelled do not stop taking, too late I?m now without until Tuesday as I?m on holidayChanged pharmacy now

Been trying to speak to someone on the phone all week. No o e bothers to answer. Phoned different times on different days but just rings and rings. Convinced they have it on silence!!!!!

Lloyds Pharmacy in Sainsburys Biggleswade - They never answer the phone, I don't live nearby and just wanted to check that my prescription is in. Now I have to drive all the way there to find out if it's in or not. If not I have wasted my time and petrol when a simple answer on the phone would help!

They never pick up the phone. Today I have called non stop for over and hour and a half but the phone has never been picked up. It's not as this company is dealing with anything life or death!!!!!!

I think it's written in a Pharmacist pledge to be as usless and rude as possible. Why on earth these people are in a Health Care job I do not know. Couldnt make it in Medical School??\\nThe young boy who works there pretty much slammed the door in my face and told me they were closing now and refused to check if an emergency prescription had come through from the doctors, disgusting and when asked what I should do, he said call 111 ?.

I don't normally write reviews as they seem futile. So here goes... 96 phone calls without answer is unacceptable for a service that provides healthcare. I appreciate we are all under a lot of pressure under this pandemic but unanswered calls seem to be a trend at this place looking at the previous reviews. Come on Lloyds, you're serving a community who deserve better?

Nothings ever ready even though I put my request in 10 days like they ask. Better service down the road at Boots. At least boots cares about their customers

The service in here is shocking. The staff are rude especially the male assistant he speaks down towards you. The waiting time is outrageous I'm surprised Lloyd's is still running here. I hear so many people walking out moaning about the place. Time to step up Lloyd's.
