Was initially told 2 weeks to collect. Went in, told nothing done yet, come back another week. Returned another 3 weeks later, still not finished. Took 2 months in total. Quality of clean is good, but not impressed with how long it took.

Petra and Shelly were tremendous. Understaffed and worked like trojans to maintain service. Superb service. From what I can see the business will die unless the owner (don?t know who he is - never see him and doesn?t respond to emails) staffs this place correctly. Since Petra went on maternity leave they have stopped delivering or pick ups and can not cope with day to day business. Unless he staffs it correctly it will collapse.

Great Service by Shelley Robnison. New Ralph Lauren Polo shirt - White, spilt red wind down the front, dropped off at Kleen-Ecoe @ 13.30 picked up at 16.00 and all red stains gone...like new again :-)

I would strongly discourage anyone using this company.
I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned in December 2019 and it was damaged during the process, so much so that it was no longer suitable to be worn without extensive repairs, and I had only a few months until the big day.
Shelley has refused to discuss the matter in the time since, and I have given ample time to find a solution between us but she has ignored everything after my initial complaint, and argued that the damage was there prior to the service, however she said she "missed it" when completing the pre clean inspection. I have photographic evidence this was not the case.
I cannot share photos publicly as the dress still hasn't been worn but I am happy to share privately.
Please avoid at all costs, she is rude, unethical and hasn't got a shred of decency or care for your items.
