Very helpful and friendly staff. Great for one off or regular prescriptions. Once you've had a couple of repeats, the team become familiar with you and what you need. I've seen poor reviews but that doesn't match my experience. Jardines is very busy but is also an independent pharmacy. That matters to me because supporting local businesses has never been so important. Everyone is entitled to protected lunchtimes and with a small team this is important .

Staff were polite, handled the short queue well and the price was reasonable. Much better experience than Boots in Biggleswade.

Ridiculous service, turned up at 12.29 on Saturday only wanted one quick thing, was told they were closed, I said I just wanted some tablets quickly, they then picked them up and called me back in and said they would serve me, only to then look at their phone and say sorry it's 12.30 I can't serve you now, why bother calling me back! There is no trading laws on Saturday and would have literally taken 30 seconds to put the £3 item in the till and pay. Still in shocked by the service, definitely won't be going back.

Can't cope with the amount of customers and prescriptions...need more staff and a better system for people who have allocated their prescriptions to be collected and those that have queries or handing in prescriptions. Money over customer care. Being asked to leave eventhough in the premises to collect a prescription because its illegal to serve me or the other 6 people in the shop after 6 o'clock- extend your opening hours. This is peoples health and wellbeing.

Awful place, waited 2 days for an important prescription because of them shutting early on Saturday whilst a few of us tried getting in before closing time and then waited another hour and a half today just to be told ?we don?t actually have your prescription?. Rude staff and very unhelpful. Don?t bother going here, there is much more friendly pharmacies around the area.

Never seen a chemist with such a long que... imagine lock down ( the que out the door for supermarkets)... this is this chemist daily. After no improvement and rude staff I've gone else where, waiting an hour in que to then be faced with grumpy staff is enough to irritate anyone.

Awful place, the worst pharmacy I have visited! Staff are really rude and there are frequently huge queues. I once queued for 45 minutes for a prescription only to be told when I got to the front we are closing for lunch. Avoid this place if you can!

They are very polite the staff have so many extra people as some pharmacy?s have closed and people still whinging at them I think they are doing a Fantastic job at keeping up so well done all of you that work there I for one feel so sorry for how many people of the public whinge please keep doing what your doing and thank you

Staff are incredibly hard working despite how busy the pharmacy often tends to be. Willing to help with any queries, no matter how difficult they are.Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Came to get a prescription, was my first time using this pharmacy so wasn't aware the Pharmacist isn't available between 1pm - 2pm. Arrived at 12:55 so admittedly was cutting it fine with 2 people in front of me in the queue as well. When I got served, they checked their stock and told me they had the prescription but I would have to come back at 2pm as it had literally just crept past 1pm. Seemed a bit frustrating, I wasn't able to come back at 2, but they weren't able to serve me. Rules are rules apparently, even if its down to 10 seconds.Even more frustrating was that for the person directly after me in the queue, the server at the till instantly checked if the pharmacist was able to do one more prescription, to which they replied that they were?! I can understand there may be different time constraints if they already have it prepared for collection etc. but if you're going to follow a rule to the very second, then apply it differently to someone else, it comes off as nothing short of rude.100% will not be coming back, if you're not going to help someone who is literally a few seconds late because of being in the queue, I don't want to deal with you. Serving the next customer was just salt in the wound. Customer service was also non-existent, as per several other reviews.

They aren't our regular pharmacy but when we struggle to get certain medications they have always been so helpful and always willing to help. Always friendly when you speak to them.

Jardines pharmacy is a brilliant asset to Biggleswade, I swapped to them from another local pharmacy who always seemed to have IT issues and difficulties with supplies, I just wish I?d done it earlier. My meds are dispensed quicker and the staff are so friendly. I?d urge anyone who can to use them - you won?t regret it
