Not a review on the hotel but on the pub/restaurant... Visited here after my sons christening. They don't usually cater for parties or do a buffet but we used the normal menu and put together a buffet table, I agreed order in advance so they had everything ready and prepared for when we got there and all I had to do on the day was pay. Jonas was great helping to arrange things and David in the kitchen on the day gave amazing service and food was fantastic. Everyone had a great time and left with full bellies. Nothing was too much bother and they reserved an area for us which was perfect. Would highly recommend coming here for a meal and for larger groups. Thank you too the staff for making our day perfect

Ordered food and it never arrived told the bar staff and they reordered my food was charged twice was told they will give me a refund never happened.

The saddest burger you've ever seen, with a cold bun, and a handful of mediocre chips.
This place has a passable selection of beer, but *awful* food. I've eaten here five times now, and all five meals have left me feeling queasy and disappointed. Never again.
And by the way, the whole place is FILTHY. Dirty carpets covered in food and debris, cluttered tables, STICKY menus.
It's a shame as I like what they've done with the place, but it's the old adage: you get what you pay for. DANG, such bad food.

This has been the 4th or 5th time I've gone to eat at the crown in Biggleswade and I will never be eating there again... the food is atrocious, the 1st occasion was for breakfast and I had to send my plate back 3 times because my egg was either raw or so overcooked it could have been made the day before... Another time with my partner we had ordered the curry which came with half the ingredients missing I.E naan bread, badjis.... charged same price mind you although there is a Asda right behind them they never had the thought of especially on the day of the week that they have curry deal to make sure that they had the necessary ingredients to be able to have the cheeky to take people's money for it. We ended up sending it back twice as the chicken was completely burnt after the second time we requested a refund which we were then told we had to wait 14 days as we paid by card which was ridiculous.... Today I attempted to order a mixed grill and I never in my life have seen some ov the worst cuts of meat ever on a plate in my life, the so called steak which I wasn't asked how I wanted cooking was just a thin piece of gristle and everything else was overcooked and full of fat ..... I've never eaten in a worse weatherspoons in all my life the best thing was my chips . IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE DO NOT HOTHER WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THE POOR QUALITY FOOD SERVED HERE, IM A CHED MYSELF AND I WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF MYSELF IF I HAD SERVED THAT TO ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS LET ALONE A PAYING CUSTOMER. HOW YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT AFTER TAKING PEOPLE'S CASH FOR THAT DISGRACEFUL I CAN'T EVEN CALL IT FOOD ITS BEYOND ME.

Lovely clean hotel room.
We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, great prices, lots of choice, and brilliant service.
We will definitely be back!!

Terrible experience. A waitress name Oliwier seemed to have a problem with my three year old daughter and rudely and aggressively told her to move even though it was the first time it happened. Massive attitude problem towards my wife and her friend from a member of staff that was supposed to be trained in customer service.

Come here for a Saturday afternoon meet up monthly. Food is well priced and service has improved. Still loving the app.
Walkability: 5 minutes from train station and taxi hub. Bus stop over the road, but they finish early!!
Food and drinks: Proper pub grub at proper prices.
