Went to this store this morning circa 9:15 to take advantage of the 10% Pensioners discount. The queue was right to the back of the store, I asked one of the staff to open the second till which he duly did. I chose the second queue, however there was a foreign lady trying to purchase a trolly load of goods by card with insufficient credit, I have noticed on previous visits she has the same problem I think she buys for a local cafe. I asked the same member of staff to get the manager to sort the problem, his reply was \\\"We dont have a manager\\\", needless to say having waited the best part of half an hour to be served I left the goods , they have not only lost todays sale but all my future purchases.Customer care ? not at this Iceland store.

I have not been to an Iceland in years. I don't know why because there are absolute bargains and the food is of high quality. I will be back.

Horrendous cannot get home delivery Like most stores you go to you can ask for a home delivery not this one, Customer service is so poor You try and speak to staff they walk away from you they talk to you with attitude make you feel very unwelcome

Although there are some great products and occasional sale bargains Iceland have become extremely over priced. As an example what was 3 items for £5 is now 3 items for £10. Iceland have worked hard to stay on the high street but they are kicking themselves hard right now.

As frozen food stores go, I'd have to agree that yes, this is one! There's plenty of freezers containing frozen food, so that's a good thing really. Also, there's other food items on shelves like a normal supermarket too...

Always a great shop to visit for frozen food goods, if you spend £25 instore they will deliver the same day you just need your iceland card at checkout.

Has a lot of 3 for £10 deals. But I personally don't think all of them are good value. It's an ok store though. Clean. Well stocked. Nice staff.
