I think I?ve just had the worst customer service at Halfords Biggleswade regarding the purchasing of a set of windscreen wipers.
Two days in a row I was sold the wrong wipers for my vehicle although they looked up the part numbers on their system. Further after contacting customer support by phone I was advised I?d have the return them again to the store at my cost.
Further more on my first trip to the store I had the joy (not) of listening to the store manager being loud and unprofessional telling a member of staff how they were ?sitting on their arse? while he was working on the shop floor.
I have no choice but to return to the store for a third time but this will be the last time ever!

Thank you to the team at Halfords for superb service, especially Hollie, who was a superstar. My number plate had fallen off and Hollie quickly and carefully replaced the plate, removing old adhesive with new. I had a long drive the next day and without the team at Halfords bring do helpful I wouldn?t have been able you make an important business trip. Big thanks to Hollie and the team

Thank you. An error message came on my dashboard and within the hour I was at Halfords Biggleswade and they'd changed out the faulty light bulb for me. I was so grateful. And change from a twenty pound note. What epic people.

I bought my daughter a bike from a different company for me to assemble and ended up being a nightmare to put the brakes together. Last knockings in the day I took it to the bike area in halfords and the staff fixed it there and then for a bargain price. Amazingly friendly and fast. Thank you again Biggleswade bike team?

Went to have a look at buying a new bike. I started to ask one of the bike mechanics a few questions.
She told me her name was Hollie, and she spent a good bit of time with me explaining lots of thinks about the bikes to me.
She sorted me out the right frame and tyre size to fit me.
Hollie was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and very helpful.
