went in for some berry mixed vape, im not used to people saying a nice thing, so come to my surprise a young beautiful lady said i smelled nice over the counter and i was very happy and asked for her name and she replied with Georgia like the country. And i used to worked in retail and could tell she was very stressed so please fix that for my next visit

This co-op has a good food selection but the reason why I gave it four stars is because of how filthy the self checkouts are it?s completely disgusting.? but the rest of the shop is ok. ?

Popped in for some milk and bread and headed to pay at the self service tills. Quite an understatement to describe as filthy but they are completely disgusting. I have actually never seen dirt like it in a food store, staff should be ashamed, surely they can see the dirt!!! Wish I?d taken a photo.
5 star hygiene rating on the window, not sure how!

Is there new management? The store seems to be improving. Small things such as price tags actually being on shelves makes all the difference. Was nice to see.

I found it handy to get some milk bread and snacks for the children to do a school pack up late on a Sunday evening because all the major shops were closed

Poorly staffed. Rude and unattentive. Co-op's expectations of staff to man tills and replenish stock just doesn't give a good customer experience. Often left stood waiting for countless minutes or having to traipse round stores looking for someone to serve or help you. Other than that fundamental problem, continuously found the staff here to be rude and pretty unhelpful on every occasion. If you hate retail that much, choose another career!
