Used to be a convient place to go and grab medication from the pharmacy, good parking and everything. Now, no pharmacy, no one on tills it's all self service... Just an old guy in a blue boots security high Viz that I don't want to disclose my medical issues to.

Visted this store only one till with an assistant (they only have two assisted tills), queued for a self service til for over 5 minutes lots of people trying to serve themselves and having problems with no-one to help them one gentleman had been at the till for 30 mins( he told me). No assistant came to help. On my way out a man who looked like a manager walked over to the other assisted till, I spoke to him about how long the queue was and how long customer's were waiting and then had problems with the tills he said they only had two tills, and not many staff I said their customer service was non existent, he just looked at me like I'd grown two heads and stayed silent. On my way out the gentleman who had been at the till for 30 minutes said he had just wasted half an hour of his life and we both agreed the staff couldn't give a S*** about their customer's. Superdrug here I come.

Not a one for reviews but never have I come across such a rude woman at this store. She had a top on saying ?visitor I don?t work here? she was doing the display/shelving on one of the make up counters. (So in effect she was working there). I literally stopped at the counter for 2 seconds as I needed some make up, I wasn?t going to interrupt her as I?d read her top. She stared at me with the filthiest look and said ?do you know what you want cos I?m trying to work here. Couldn?t believe her rudeness!! I just left my shopping and got it from Superdrug much friendlier experience!

Click and collect is not well organized. They gave one person watching 5 terminals and also servicing 2 tills. They have to skip out to deal with terminals and then deal with growing queue of click and collect and till service. Bit irritating when you have queued to find out someone else is being dealt with more quickly.

Great experience at Boots Biggleswade. Staff more than willing to serve me at till instead of automated till. Sad to see pharmacy closed.
