Used to be a convient place to go and grab medication from the pharmacy, good parking and everything. Now, no pharmacy, no one on tills it's all self service... Just an old guy in a blue boots security high Viz that I don't want to disclose my medical issues to.

No service. Such a shame puts me off shopping. This is not how Boot used to be.

Visted this store only one till with an assistant (they only have two assisted tills), queued for a self service til for over 5 minutes lots of people trying to serve themselves and having problems with no-one to help them one gentleman had been at the till for 30 mins( he told me). No assistant came to help. On my way... read full comment
