Mohamed Hanif at Biggleswade Benson for Beds went above and beyond to help us purchase a bed that was within our price range- ensuring all our expectations met & even took the time and effort to include our young son into conversation making the experience stress free. I would defiantly recommend the store because of him & as a company you should be proud to have such a super member of staff - We happily purchased our bed and mattress thanks to his knowledge and honestly thanks Mohammed!!

Staff at this store were helpful and polite , but not pushy- they gave us time to find the right mattress for us and explained the finance options clearly. Delivery was on the day stated and within the time frame stated. Three polite delivery men carried our mattress up three flights of stairs to our flat. Well done Bensons! ??

Really helpful staff. Lots of updates on the delivery. Got a phone call on the delivery day to tell me they was 1 hour away. The delivery guys took away the old mattress and placed the new one in the upstairs bedroom. Very good service, I couldn't of been happier with the whole experience.

I'm having the delivery, removal of old mattress and disposal of in about two weeks time. Didn't give 5* because of the cost and nothing is perfect
