I treated myself on my birthday to a dazzling pedicure by Abi there (plus the other amazing staff there, by their genuine friendliness - also a decent coffee, too). Don't know why I never had one before, amazing colour and finish which lasted actually longer than I had expected! I probably was annoying in that I didn't want to leave because I was so relaxed ? but there were other clients, so I had to make my chilled out way and enjoy my toes to myself ??

I had a deep tissue massage earlier this week by a lovely lady, Sophie? and I must say, it is one of the best massages I?ve had. Sophie was welcoming and put up with my little rant, genuinely empathising with me!I?ve been feeling tense for a while which has caused aches and pains in my head, back and shoulders and I generally find it hard to relax. Sophie started off gentle to warm up my back muscles and later applied a lot of pressure to them which helped release all the tension. She moved on to my shoulders, and to finish , she gave me a head massage and hit the pressure points which felt great. I felt so relaxed and happy by the end of it? I wanted to fall asleep!It did hurt a little the day after - it is a deep tissue massage after all, but it gets better. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone who has been feeling a lot of tension in their back? it?s worth every penny. I know I will be visiting again soon, it?s just a matter of when!
