Tables where to close together, they have crammed to many in a small space, service was slow and little rude. Also got on of our food orders wrong after cleary stating what we wanted. Waited ages to get served and when we did get the food it was okay but not worth the money.

Restaurant was cold, no atmosphere either. Overpriced for mediocre food. Pizza bases really thin with not much topping. Service not great waited a long time for mains even though Restaurant not busy. Would not recommend, will not be returning.

Standard Zizzi fare, but excellent service from friendly, attentive staff. Food was good quality and reasonable value. There is a pleasant view of the river and I am sure we will return.

I had to sit in my jacket because it was so cold. Four plates, each left half of the food, lack of interest from the staff.

Ok food but very expensive for what it is, also be prepared to pay an extra 10% of the price on the menu as you have to pay a service charge which I think is cheeky as most places don't do this, especially in Bedford!

We had a wonderful time at Zizzi in Bedford. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Celebrated our daughter?s birthday. The staff were very friendly with prompt service. Will surely be going

Met by a very charming waiter who solicitously asked us if we had any allergies and explained re the discount scheme. Showed us to our table and was attentive throughout. Very impressed. Food was really lovely. Starters huge and main course piping hot. Will certainly go again.

I've always found Zizzi to be a solid choice as a high street chain and this experience was no different. Nice ambience, friendly staff and the 3 course Festive menu was great value at £25.95, with lots of choice including dishes new to the menu. Pulled Pork and Crackling on a pizza? Shouldn't work in theory but very much does.

The meal was very nice, and served rather quickly. I liked the half and half pizza, children liked their dishes. Also very nice deserts.

The food at this restaurant is exquisite. Every dish is a masterpiece. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is charming. 5 stars!

The place looks great, nice atmosphere, the guys on the front are definitely doing a great job , but food need attentions..its really expensive for what you get and taste..good location near the river.

Nice food Brilliant service but the chairs are very uncomfortable, had back pain all week.Our waiter was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and very friendly, top marks to him.
