I recently purchased a house through Wilson Peacock in Milton Keynes, and I must say the experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the team. A special mention must go to Vanessa, the Sales Manager, who was clear, thorough, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure every step was transparent, answering all my questions with professionalism and care, which made the process much smoother.
Additionally, Alice, the Senior Sales Negotiator, provided excellent communication at every stage. She was always quick to respond, kept me updated regularly, and ensured everything went according to plan. Her dedication and attention to detail were much appreciated.
Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Wilson Peacock. Vanessa and Alice truly went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful experience a lot easier. Highly recommend!

Good morning. I think the way they treat me is bad. I'm talking about my experience with them. I've been paying my rent with them for 4 years and yesterday I went to get my updated contract and they were very rude. The opposite of when I went for the first time. I don't recommend that agency to anyone, especially to foreigners like me. They told me to give them the key so some clients could see it. After more than 100 bicycles, nobody wants this house because it's damp, with broken taps and walls that are falling apart. I took it like that and I've been maintaining it and painting it twice a year without complaining even once. And they threaten me that they're going to talk to the owner to evict me for not giving them the keys so that he can come and open it and show it to the clients. I can't give them the keys because I have my partner and my 4 children living there and I told them that if they want to kick me out, send it to me in writing and I'll be happy to look for another house in another agency...

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wilson Peacock. It has been nine weeks since I moved out, and they are still holding my deposit without any valid justification. They have been attempting to come up with various reasons to withhold a portion of my deposit, which feels both unprofessional and unfair.
This situation has placed me in a difficult financial position, as I was counting on the return of my deposit to help with my next steps. The lack of communication and transparency from the agency has only added to my frustration. I would not recommend Wilson Peacock to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agency.
I hope others can avoid the same issues I have faced.

I am so happy to get a new place to relocate for my new job. It was quiet hectic and stressful job of looking for the new place to move in before I made an enquiry with Wilson Peacock. I got an opportunity to view the property I was interested in the very next day and all the process went through smoothly. Extremely rude people try calling you for viewing appointments and Nick the agent there keeps on hanging up the phone stay well clear from these people if you looking at buying or selling your property very rude people

Ross in the property management dept has been great! He has dealt quickly with some issues we have had after moving to our new flat, and arranged for them to be fixed in super fast time! He has been very friendly and professional and he?s an asset to the company!

Disappointing Experience
My partner inquired about a property that had just gone live with an attractive offer of 6 months rent in advance. Initially, she was told that the agent would speak to the landlord and get back to her. Later, she was informed that the place needed painting and would be ready for viewing next week. However, when she called this morning, she was told that all viewings were booked and the property was likely to be taken. Poor communication and a lack of follow-through left us feeling misled. We would not recommend based on this experience.

If i could give less than 1* i would! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT USE THEM OR ANY OF THEIR PARTNERS (TAYLORS/CONNELLS/WILSON PEACOCK) ALSO DO NOT USE THEIR 'RECOMMENDED SOLICITOR/CONVEYANCING COMPANIES' useless is the most polite word i can use. P.S -Lucy do not reply to this review telling me to email your countrywide address- already have! You were so incompetent i was even offered compensation for your lack of ethics, communication and not following your own guidelines and practices. WORST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER USED.
