The worst chemist ever the staff are not nice you put your prescription in and you wait weeks for medication I've complained to my doctors as meds was ready but they never sent txt it's ready I rely on my meds so now changed pharmacy so I get my meds on time instead of going wks without it

My surgery was closed, had to call 111, but they couldn't help me, so directed me to this pharmacy. After 2 min talk with tall Asian looking guy with glasses (dont know the name sorry) he gave my daughter the right medicine which helped her straight away! Saved me time sitting in A&E. THANK YOU SIR!

Asked for evidence of wife?s eye infection to sell Optrex infected eye drops! You can buy Optrex Infected Eye Drops from online suppliers without providing any ?evidence?, so heaven knows why he was so insistent.

Very slow service. Everyone?s told 15 min wait, then following the stream of other prescriptions arriving, we all then waited for the server to dispense all. Waiting time 35 mins. Asked at 25 mins how?s it going, only to be served up excuses! Very unprofessional and poor service.

45 minutes wait out side to be told I need to wait another 45 /60 minutes for my medication to be ready. I'm disabled and struggled too get to there in the first place. Ihen half my medication was not in . I understand that there are difficulties getting medication now . But this service is terrible . They had my prescription for a week too .
