45 minutes wait out side to be told I need to wait another 45 /60 minutes for my medication to be ready. I'm disabled and struggled too get to there in the first place. Ihen half my medication was not in . I understand that there are difficulties getting medication now . But this service is terrible . They had my prescription for a week too .

Very little organisation means people are waiting over an hour just to ask for their prescription. Pharmacies are are part of the front line for health care, this isn?t good enough

Doctor sent prescription on Thursday morning, I went at 5pm to collect. The Indian woman told me to come back on Monday! Pathetic service

This is quite frankly the worst pharmacy I?ve ever had to use.They don?t have anything in stock, the shelves are empty and the prescription service is appalling.Long waiting time and slow service through the counter.Took 3 days to get through the phone, because simply they just don?t pick it up.After waiting for a week for my prescription, today I got a text that it is ready to pick up. Just after 3pm the door was shut and I was told they are closed due to staff shortages, saying ?Come back tomorrow?.They are clearly understaffed, have zero organisational skills and do not have their customers? best interest at heart.I won?t be using them again and will change to a different pharmacy in the future.

As others have said they simply don?t have enough staff to cope with demand. Told to wait 20 for prescription to be prepared, waited 45, asked for an update, then told sorry we don?t have the item on the prescription. Very bad. Sorry simply isn?t good enough.

I started using this pharmacy after becoming discontented with Lloyds at Brickhill drive. They were like a breath of fresh air with their efficiencyWhat's happened? They seem to be going rapidly downhill.

I felt now was the time to thank all Queens Drive. But in particular the ladies we see up front. In my family we have 4 who have reqular and detailed meds. All through COVID and to this day they are so helpful and. Always a pleasure to have a chat with. I can say as far as I'm concerned they go above and beyond just good customer service, they are lovely peopleThanks allx

From the start of COVID over 2 years the staff have always been very helpful and caring and have time to advise on any products none prescribed they are a credit to the CO-OP thank you to you all

The staff are helpful and friendly. My sister and I went through some terrible times at the start of the pandemic. The staff were honest compassionate and understanding. Especially one particular member of staff, thanks Beccy, you probably don't realise but you were one of the very few people who work in health care that was honest and truly caring.Thanks
