Had order to pick up takeaway for 7.40pm was not ready and had to wait 45mins! Not the first time this has happened, always having to wait long when picking up, they can't even get the order right when ordering from Deliver!

Wagamama?s **Chilli Chicken Ramen** is a standout dish?a fragrant, spicy broth with tender chicken, springy noodles, and crunchy veggies. The heat is bold but not overpowering, and the portion is generous. The **Yasai Gyoza** (vegetable dumplings) are crispy and flavorful, perfect for sharing.
For a lighter option, the **Chicken Katsu Curry** delivers crispy breaded chicken with a rich, mildly sweet curry sauce and sticky rice?comfort food done right. The **Ebi Katsu** (prawns in panko breadcrumbs) are also delicious, though the portion feels small for the price.
Service is efficient and friendly, though it can get hectic during peak hours. The open-plan, communal seating gives Wagamama a vibrant, casual vibe, but it?s not ideal for quiet dinners.
Desserts like the **Chocolate Layer Cake** are indulgent but skip the **Mochi Ice Cream**?it?s often too hard.

Not a particularly bus afternoon. We waited to be greeted by a team member for quite a while. Other than taking our order and bringing the food to our table no attentiveness from the staff at all. Pad thai didn?t taste of anything other than soybean sprouts, flat and tasteless. Pad Thai should be a vibrant, flavoursome dish and an iconic staple of Thai street food. Cocktails were really good though. Won?t be coming back i am afraid.

i ordered from here via deliveroo we did ring up the restaurant before hand to ask about some items on the menu the lady on phone was lovely and we ended up ordering the skewers side dish and i had the chargrilled chicken ramen noodles and the partner had pork belly raman noodles they tasted so nice and eithen turned up very hot still will be ordering again

Our servers were adorable, on the other end i do find the food to be a bit overpriced for what it is.
I ordered the gyoza for starters, nothing much to say about them they were good, then chicken katsu curry which was wayyyyy spicer than i could handle..BUT the chicken itself was crispy and very good.. portions were okay :) And we got a free green tea !
Ps. good vegetarian options for those interested

I am a coeliac and I have many nonallergenic intolerances (garlic, onion, chili et cetera). I was apprehensive about this visit as I haven't visited Wagamama's before and there have been some pretty savage reviews recently.
I'm so glad I came because it was great all round. The server was extremely attentive, thorough and reassuring, and the food was amazing. The vibe is nice.
They were able to adapt one of their fish curry dishes for my intolerances, and I brought my own sauce.
There were around 10 of us and this was managed very well. The sorting of the bill was probably the easiest I've ever had for such a big table. Each of us paid and tipped separately through their QR code.
I will be visiting my local Wagamamas very soon!

Ordered via Deliveroo but needed to call the restaurant to ask for a specific requirement that I was not able to do through the Deliveroo platform. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and I casually mentioned that it was a birthday lunch treat. When it arrived, they had packed a complimentary side and a nice note to acknowledge the birthday. Food tasted great, as always. Will continue coming back, thank you.

Out for a Mother?s Day meal today. My Yaki Udon was delicious but the family said the Donburi and Ramen dishes were a bit bland.
Massive shout out to Grace, our server, who was friendly and attentive and should frankly get a huge pay rise!
