Best network for signal. Gone back to these as I previously left Vodafone to go to ID mobile - there was nothing wrong just expensive and signal poor and Vodafone is cheaper. Got my phone/deal network via fonehouse company.

Really good service from Heera,who certainly went out of his way to help us today , this is the 2nd time we have used the shop and same as last time he was brilliant, hence us reusing the shop again.

22/June16.24pm the lady on shift . Couldn't bother less to be even a bit nice .Said it was mandatory to have a bank card to collect the sim . When I sayed that's not what said in the email . She said so you want the sim or not .Everytime I walk past the store they seem miserable . Won't be staying for long ! Competitiors have better customer expereince

Awesome support. ...EVERYTIME I have problems with my phone or services, the Voda staff have dealt with the issues promptly, professional and with much patience. Really great shop it's mostly busy, but I see why people don't mind waiting in a long que, if needs.The staff are very knowledgeable and professional.

Customer service skills are non existent. Went in to get some information about getting a package upgrade. Told to wait and his colleague be with my shortly. Waited15mins & was asking how long his colleague will be, when he storms through the door & in an aggressive manner says he was busy. No apology for me waiting but being argumentative. Rude & being abnoxious. I then said I'd wait to speak to his colleague & his colleague refused to serve me. Absolutely disgraceful service from Vodafone. Refused to give me his name & no name badge. Shame on Vodafone for employing thugs. Will be cancelling all contracts. I would give them no starts if I could. Stay away from Bedford Vodafone shop. Hope it closes.

The service providers are the most racist people in the whole of beford. I am contemplating throwing this vodafone sim away after my terrible experience with them. If you are a person of color,please go anywhere else but vodafone harpur centre in bedford. If you doubt me,try and see for yourself. Nauseating.

Went in today to renew my SIM contract. Bradley the guy that helped me was visiting from another store. I can only say what a positive experience it was.He was so helpful & polite. A credit to the Manager

I cancelled my contract with vodafone after decades of being with them. They were 3 weeks late sending me my upgraded phone. I changed providers and got my new phone on the next working day. I tried to do a simple task of returning the phone to this store, without success. They said they would take it but couldnt give me a receipt to prove i'd returned it. I rejected that offer. They then told an assistant on the phone that i wanted to keep the it and to bill me for it knowing full well i didnt want that. After my reaction to hearing this i was banned from the shop. They're making it impossible for me to return the phone and are now trying to take cash from my bank account to make me pay for it.Update. After a lot of calls to Vodafone, they eventually offered compensation, collected the phone and lifted the ban on the shop. Don't think i'll be doing business with them again.
