The first visit was February 2923. Very nice service. Everything on time.In total, I went to Vision Express 7 times. The first time, the examination was done incorrectly, and therefore the lenses were incorrectly selected. After the repeated examination, it was better. Unfortunately, the frames are incorrectly selected. Pain behind the ears and on the nose.I can't wear these glasses

Staff friendly and welcoming. They take care to ensure that they give you a thorough eye test. Optometrist is very pleasant. You are not pressured to buy, and if you already have glasses and they think there is little change to your eye sight, they will advise keeping the glasses for another year, as long as the lenses are on good condition with no noticeable scratches.

I broke my glasses recently leaving me a little vulnerable. I called the store in Bedford and spoke to a very kind and understanding young man called Christopher. I then attended the branch and was greeted by very professional staff who within 15 minutes had fitted my lenses into new frames. Amazing professionalism, care and compassion. Melanie was also a credit to your company. Left feeling very happy and without the anxiety I had before I visited the store. Bravo keep pushing on guys
