Terrible service, poor customer service. Attitude from staff owful. Approach is like they do not want any customers to go to bank. I'm switching to better banking. Very poor service. Please avoid if you can. Don't deserve one star also.

Needed an appointment at the bank very last minute and they managed to squeeze me in at the end of their day. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the manager for fitting us in and to Joanne who saw us for the appointment and went above and beyond yesterday and even stayed late for me. Would recommend this branch to everyone

Went to close an account only to be told the manager had left and there was noone with the authority to unblock my account and action my request even though I had the necessary documentation!! Why stay open if you can't delegate responsibility to someone else to step in. I was asked to return another day which is really bad customer service and inconvenient. Hence why I am taking my business elsewhere.
