“My husband and I went to Tui in Bedford to book a Marella Cruise. We usually book holidays online but with all of the different mobility issues my husband has we thought we’d try booking in the shop. Briony was fabulous from when we arrived, making everything seem easy and no trouble. She helped us look at different flight options, find an adapted cabin, organised getting the mobility scooter onto the plane, transfer to the ship, overnight hotel in Gatwick and parking. I have no idea why I’ve done this myself (or attempted to previously). Briony was amazing, taking the stress out of booking.
