I ordered a new doorbell online for click and collect. The online site was easy to navigate and the search led me to a plentiful selection of products. An email was sent to me a few minutes later letting me know that the doorbell was ready for collection. When I arrived there was no queue at the counter and I was served immediately. Seconds later I was on my way home to install the new doorbell.

Ordered something online and the product did not perform well at all. Went into the store to ask for a refund and been told to come next day when the manager is in as the employee had a really long day? Went back to the store next morning to be told why I have been into the store the day before? Is this my second item that i?m returning? I should get a replacement first, before asking for a refund? and they will make a note into my account. You can make a note I?ll shop to the competitors which have 3 brilliant shops in Bedford as your customer service is 0.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Huge range of products that are cheaper than local DIY centres. Recommend ordering online but they do have an old Argos style shop front, where you browse and order from a catalogue.
