Wanted smart Gu10 bulbs, Toolstation heavily advertised a Wiz brand for around £2.40.Didn't have any, the closest one they had was £6.99. This was rated with 1 star as it had difficulty picking up WiFi.Not impressed as Toolstation is on the other side of town and Screwfix is less than 5mins away

Always easy to order online, then pop in to pick up. The staff work hard running between the walk-in sales tills and getting your Internet orders to you, all as quickly as they can. Can't fault them for how quickly they try to get you sorted and away.

decent solid tool station , have always found what i want therestaff are friendly. bough a hook and that was the wrong size and was able to take it back and exchange without issueswill definitely use this branch again,

Friendly reliable staff. Excellent product knowledge from the long term staff. Beth and Luke are always on hand to keep things running smoothly. The app and the web site search are terrible, but the staff are really good at filtering until you get what you need, so it's often more worthwhile to go in than look online.Also really good when you just need single items and not packs of ten like some other hardware stores..

I popped into Bedford toolstation with my old man for the first time the other day, I came in looking for screws and I didn't have a clue on what size I was looking for however their was young lad called Perez who was very helpful and patient with us. Overall all the staff looked very friendly and I will be returning very soon.
