We found the veg today was very cold and dry , the waiter we felt like was rushing us to go ,we didn?t enjoy our meal today , even the roast turkey was so dry too , it was a waste of our money today

We got there quite early, around 9 am.
The food was disappointing, I would have thought the food would have been pipping hot that early?

Beggars can't be choosers when it comes to an English Sunday "roast", delivered to your door. However it looked unappetizing. Delivery man polite with his brand new, blue Deliveroo bag, bet the bag was cold tho, as food was just about passable for warm, which is disappointing for a short 10min drive.
Peas over done to the point of being Al dente, Roast potatoes, looked right, but underdone inside. Never have they delivered a crisp satisfying roast potato. There was the usual just add water stuffing. Pigs in blankets were best, tho not enough gravy, big tub only a third full. Apple pie pastry was thick, dry and flavourless, Still no better quality on the delivery front. My 3rd time ordering from here. Perhaps they ought to order a home delivery for themselves & see what they think. As I would order more regularly if it could be said to be a great roast, it could be, but it isn't.

Jason was brilliant.
It was quite loud, a big party in at the same time as us. The food was standard, and I quote from my teenage family member 'that was pretty good'. Again, Jason our waiter was brilliant. Brilliantly funny and extremely helpful. Big up Jason.

Very rude staff, unhelpful and done all they could to make sure we couldnt use vouchers we was entitled to through my NHS blue light scheme. Was verbally abusive to my 14 year old son. Disgusting behaviour from a person that should of been management. We asked for a simple thing and was made to feel we was criminal. Will never return and would never recommend a pub that treats customers in this way
