Fantastic service getting batteries replaced on two watches and a new strap on one of them too. The lady couldn't have been more helpful, particularly as I went in just before closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Attention to detail and made sure everything was done properly. A credit to your company.

Very bad experience. I arrived just a few minutes before closing and politely asked if a key could be made. The man working there ? a heavyset guy with a beard ? agreed at first. But when something seemed to go wrong while copying the key, he suddenly started yelling at me very loudly, saying things like ?why are you coming at the last minute? and that he had ?more important things to do.? He yelled at me in a very aggressive and disrespectful way. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If he didn?t want to do the job, he simply could have said no. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disgustingly rude staff and ridiculous prices! Looking at the previous reviews, it seems like this has been an ongoing issues for years! Timpsons really need to look into this asap!
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! Surprised this store is still open!

I wanted my front door key cut. I had to return 3 times, as it wasn?t cut properly. In the end I got my money back. They were still claiming it was a perfect fit, and tried to blame my lock. I went to Timpson?s at Cardington Road Tesco, and it was cut accurately first time. I would never use Riverfield Drive Timpson?s for key cutting again!

Went in to get passport photos for 3 year old and 4 month old, couldn't have been easier. The lady was so kind and patient with the kids, she got perfect photos in seconds that would have taken me hours if I did it by myself. Worth paying to have done properly in store rather than risk DIY pics being rejected, and the pictures get passport approval in store too

£50 for a car key case! Absolute RIP OFF!
£8.99 for the exact same one on Amazon.
Wouldn't even replace battery they wanted £15 for that which again costs £2 on amazon. Whatever you do don't buy your keys from here.

Went in to get my 4 year olds passport photo done. All three of the staff who where working were excellent both with their patience and skill in trying to get a toddlers photo done. She struggled to sit still face forward looking at a camera and not smiling all at the same time. They didn't give in and checked photos on the government website each time we thought it was a good one.

Timpson staff always really helpful, but a special thank you to Graham at Tesco, Riverfield Drive. Always friendly and helpful, he went the extra mile by managing to cut part of a new key by eye when bit of my only key had broken off. It worked perfectly. Thank you Graham

Not sure how they consider themselves a shoe repair shop! Second time I take a pair of trainers with minor damage on the fabric (otherwise unspoiled) and the man says he can't help. Don't you worry man, I'll do it myself and save a few quid.

I went into Timpsons today to have my passport photo taken. The lady with long brown hair who served myself was incredibly rude in her tone and manner. I felt unwelcome, rushed and upset. I verbally expressed I was unhappy with the photo and my comment was ignored. I then asked to retake it and I was told ?I don?t have time, I?m really busy?. The customer service was appalling.
