Fantastic service getting batteries replaced on two watches and a new strap on one of them too. The lady couldn't have been more helpful, particularly as I went in just before closing time on a Sunday afternoon. Attention to detail and made sure everything was done properly. Very bad experience. I arrived just a few minutes before closing and politely asked if a key could be made. The man working there — a heavyset guy with a beard — agreed at first.
