We recently had the pleasure of booking our family holiday to New York through The World Awaits You Travel and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations in every way possible.Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand our preferences and crafted a customised itinerary that perfectly suited our family's interests.Every aspect of our trip, from flights to accommodations to activities, was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Chris at The world Awaits You Travel when over and way beyond and arranged a fantastic holiday for myself and my family in the summer. Her knowledge and the amount of research she did to find us a beautiful tranquil Island to stay on for a few days then found us accommodation in the busy Naples. I can not thank her enough for removing all the stress of finding the fabulous accommodation. I highly recommended this company.

Wow what an amazing service! I cannot praise The World Awaits You strongly enough! Everyone should use them for their holidays .. in fact considering it doesn?t cost you anything why wouldn?t you use them! I have always received exceptional service, with an unbelievable attention to detail in all aspects of holiday planning and total peace of mind. You always know when you book with Chris that there is someone on the end of WhatsApp who has your back if there?s a problem whilst you are away. I won?t ever book a holiday without speaking to her first? and you shouldn?t either.

We normally use The World Awaits you Travel for big holidays that take a lot of organising which they excel at and make the process so easy for us, but on this occasion we wanted to get away for a cheeky winter week in the sun but didn?t have the time or energy to sort it out. We had a rough idea when we wanted to go and budget. Chris took that info and came back to us with a couple of amazing choices. She dealt with everything, even checking us onto the flight, we didn?t have to lift a finger and it cost less than if we?d booked it ourselves! Chris even spoke to the hotel and arranged a surprise bottle of bubbly for my wife?s birthday. With the age of internet, we often think that we can arrange everything ourselves, however with their attention to detail and high class management, I don?t see the point of ever dealing with all the hassle myself again. Thanks guys. Amazing, hassle free holiday!

I?ve always thought that it would cost more to use a travel agent and I have muddled through the process myself, man was I wrong!Chris was referred to me by a friend, who thought planning a wedding was enough to be doing!! My anxiety levels this year, around organising our holiday, have disappeared. I have total trust that Chris knows her stuff and this comes across with her attentiveness and feed back when we are communicating. I am SO grateful to have this level of faith in someone so that I can concentrate on the wedding planning. All too often, these days, customer facing staff come across put-out. This is not the feeling with Chris and it?s such a pleasure. I can?t wait for our honeymoon to come around, and it?s coming around quickly!!!Highly recommend!Thank you SO much for all of your help Chris & Steve - what a great team!

We told Chris what sort of holiday we wanted and she did all the time consuming hard work of finding it !Great communication and nothing too much trouble - great advice and recommendations on transfers etc so would definitely use again.

Best travel agent we have ever worked with! We can't praise Chris enough for going over and above in helping to organise our last minute trip to Sri Lanka. Due to COVID regulations our original holiday to Tenerife could not happen. We were in a hole but Chris rescued our Christmas holiday at the last moment. Chris was always intent on finding the best holiday for us and within our budget. We never felt pressurised, but confident that Chris had everything under control during these extremely tricky times with constant regulation changes. Don't hesitate to use this travel agent, they completely take the stress and worry out of booking something yourself.

Booked a city weekend trip to London with a few key details on the wish list.The World Awaits booked all the activities in such a way that when we turned it, we had a smooth and stress free time.The hotel booked for us was really nice, close to our main station in from London (able to bag drop and store without a worry) and we didn?t realise until we were there, but had premium rooms that meant access to additional extras that made the trip even more special and enjoyable.The activities arranged for us had taken into account travel time & time to refresh ourselves which was really thoughtful and took another organising aspect off the list.Chris was contactable throughout the weekend to answer any questions and check in that everything was going ok. This was a really nice touch.And another great point that I have only really reflected on was when we arrived at the Sky Garden, there was a really big queue. The instructions we were given was to speak to someone as soon as we arrived. We did and they ushered us straight past the line. I?m not sure what magic was working, but we did feel like VIP?s. A lovely little touch.Will certainly be booking through them again, knowing we?ll get an awesome experience with lots of the stress of arranging and planning taken off our hands. I can wait to see what The World Awaits You has to offer!
