My recent visit was marred by a significant oversight that significantly impacted guest experience.While the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, the failure of the hotel staff to mention a planned road closure leading to the hotel created unnecessary inconvenience for myself and fellow guests. This lack of communication led to wasted time and petrol as we struggled to find alternate routes.Despite this issue, the hotel's ambiance and cleanliness were commendable. However, I would suggest a minor improvement in room amenities by providing tissues for guests' convenience.In conclusion, while the stay at the willows training centre had its merits, the failure to communicate the road closure overshadowed the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback into account for future guest interactions.

The training centre is easy to get to and there is lots of parking on site. The training rooms are good, with various sizes available. The lunch provided was poor; the staff only served a child sized portion, and the quality was not great. The hotels on site are expensive and not wonderful, so I now stay in one of the two Premier Inns, which are less than a 5 minute drive or a ten minute walk away.

Staff were nice and made sure you had a good experience, had a hiccup with something but they fixed it right away.Lovely room and bathroom. Liked how the shower worked as could control water pressure and temperature with 2 separate dials so you could keep the temperature even while shower was offFood was nice and in a varietyOnly problem I had was with signal not sure if that's because of what provider I'm with but helped that there's wifi that I can connect to.

The resort's staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure that our stay was memorable. Even as a first-time visitor, it was clear that this place offers a perfect blend of business and leisure options. The conference facilities were impressive, and the serene views added an extra layer of relaxation. I can't wait to return and explore more of what this fantastic resort has to offer.

Stayed here for the first time recently when on a day course in one of the training suites and found it surprisingly good. Vast complex with good facilities and a very welcoming front desk. Simple sign in process which is great. The room was as good as you always hope for with nice beds, very clean and great shower. Facilities around the whole building are well kept and the whole complex is clearly upgraded regularly. The gym facilities were part of a leisure centre and they were perfect for most users. They had classes in the next room, pool and spa.

It's okay as far as event and conference centres go, food is reasonable. The staff just don't seem enthusiastic or present.

This is a comfortable hotel,well located for us whilst visiting family in the area.The Hotel & Training Centre is in a large estate surrounded by other hotels and or training centres.Has a lovely entrance & reception area .It is huge...the building is a square or rectangle shape,all rooms are on the ground floor.Very comfortable beds,spacious updated rooms,clean & smart bathrooms.The dining area is also very huge.The staff were polite and served us well.I gave it 4 stars off because personally I think they've set their prices a wee bit too high considering the hotel & training centre i's not in a retail park or close to the High street!

I usually stayed at The Waterfront hotel, however they didn?t have availability the night I stayed, so I thought the Willow won?t be as bad as they are in the same group and location. I was wrong.They allocated me into an accessible room, which for one night it was okay, but the state of the room was terrible, the decor was outdated, the bathroom looked dirty and most things in there was rusted.As the rate for one night was £125, I expected better.The service of the receptionists was okay, not the best..Would recommend Waterfront if you want to stay at Wyboston.
