Very disappointing .
Had table booked in restaurant at lunchtime
Told by staff member to pick up to menus and sit were we wanted
Menu not what I was expecting and certainly not as it had been in previous visits . All ? fast food? type snacks .
After waiting some time was told to order at bar !
Food was ok but delivered by robot and was waiting some time for bar staff to bring to table
In comparison to previous visits I was very disappointed with service and menu and will not be going back again

Was ok, shower fitting was broken, room i had was generally tired and in need of refurbishment. Food was good in the eve, breakfast buffet was ok but ive had alot better.

Clean rooms and nice shower, no gap in the bed as a lot of places are so I would go again. However £15 for shuffleboard and £25 for darts feels like a rip off, driving range isn't included still have to pay for the balls.

Not great.
Rooms look nice in photos but actually are quite old and could do with a re-conditioning. Front of desk staff were friendly however the cleaner didn?t want to give us more sugar for our room because of ?Her Supervisor?. Makes me question working conditions there.
As someone that stays at hotels regularly this one has to go into my bottom 3.

The Spa is amazing! Easy to access, has a sauna, salty steam room, steam room, etc - the swimming pool is outdoor with jacuzzi - perfect for a relaxing afternoon with friends!

Delivering, beautiful setting friendly and helpful staff. Whilst the direction signage is plentiful could fo with using contrasting colours to make them stand out, it's a stunning place

Visited this past weekend for a golf weekend with a group of friends. The weekend was ridiculously good value with 2 nights accommodation with breakfast and 3 course dinner included as well as 3 rounds of golf.
The rooms were clean, and functional and generally in good condition and all the staff in the hotel were really friendly and attentive and in particular the staff in the bar/restaurant looked after us really well!
I've already recommended to others as a great option for an enjoyable stay.

Booked this hotel for a wedding nearby. The price is very reasonable but the rooms are really sub standard. Small rooms with uncomfortable beds. The bathrooms are nice with great towels and good water pressure. Our first room was so noisy (doors slamming) and the bed was so uncomfortable we asked to move for a second night. Can't fault the staff who were polite and understanding and quickly moved us. We ate at the restaurant one night and though the food was fine I wouldn't recommend it. We didn't have breakfast onsite and decided to drive to St Neots town for breakfast each day.

Was asked to pay (again) at check in although room was booked in advance. Rude reception staff. When asked where the other facilities are gave, stand offish vague answers which were of no help as there are many buildings around the hotel. Rooms are tiny and to note - mainly overlooking the car park. Not worth the price you are paying better off at Premier Inn. The bedding was filthy and covered in stains. You?d think cushions and throws on the bed would be a no no for a hotel but clearly not. Unwashed and reused. Would give it zero stars if I could. Will not be coming here again.

Stayed the weekend and it was nice. I?ve given rooms 3* simply because it wasn?t air conditioned and the ventilation was bad as the windows didn?t fully open. Staff were amazing, service was good and the spa facilities were sublime.

This room has basic no fridge or an Aircon. Facing the sunset very hot unable to sleep. Charge too much.
