I visited The Range to purchase a balloon pump but was disappointed by the lack of staff available on the first floor, which left me having to ask another customer for advice. I did buy the item, but unfortunately it wasn?t suitable for inflating balloons, so I had to return it.

Not every thing in the store, lots of things online and when I asked to return to the shop they said no , staff are not available everywhere, some of them are not friendly, shop need to tidy up better than what they are.

Really not a disabled friendly shop! Too much clutter at the ends of the aisles and a non working wheelchair accessible trolley made this shopping trip very stressful when it really shouldn't have been. I mentioned the difficulties I'd faced with the wheelchair to staff at the tills, who agreed, it wasn't a wheelchair friendly place.
