What an amazing experience, What a lovely place felt so comfortable and had the most amazing make up done for a special event that made me feel so confident. Rachel was so lovely and is very talented she puts in so much effort with her work and just makes you feel at ease at all times what a lovely lady and a beautiful salon.I highly recommend this beauty salon x

I had my makeup and hair done on Friday and it was such a lovely experience with the Luxe Lounge. They were accommodating and able to fit me in at short notice. 100% they understood the assignment and I loved the finished look. I could have never done my own hair and makeup how Bobbie and Rach did. Thanks guys. Will be booking in again soon! X

I had my makeup done for my stepdaughters wedding, I would highly recommend the Luxe Lounge Beauty Salon, lovely little place and so welcoming, didn?t stop chatting from the time I arrived to the time I left! I booked Rachel for my wedding make up and I could not recommend her and her team enough! I had two trials with Rachel to try out two very different looks and I felt in such safe hands with Rachel?s expertise and recommendations. Rachel then did my make up for my wedding day and the make up of all of my bridesmaids (with assistance and huge thanks to Lindsay) and it was an amazing experience. The make up looked incredible and stayed on all day, even with all the dance moves being thrown around at the end of the night. Overall the experience I had with Rachel and the Luxe Lounge itself has been flawless and I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend Rachel at the Luxe Lounge enough! Rachel and her assistant were so friendly and welcoming, and the salon itself is beautifully clean and professional. The make up is such high quality, they really put you at ease and listen to exactly what you are looking to achieve. Rachel did my bridal make up for myself, my wife and our bridesmaids, everyone looked absolutely stunning and was really pleased with their look. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend the Luxe Lounge!! X

I have never had the level of service elsewhere than at The Luxe Lounge Kempston. Rachel and Georgia were so lovely, it was so great that Rachel the business owner herself was doing my lash lift and tint & makeup, it really shows her passion for the industry. Throughout the services I was offered complimentary drinks and so was my mother & grandmother, that was so welcoming. They are all so kind, and will take no matter the amount of time to make sure that you leave perfect. I had so many compliments throughout the night on how I looked; my hair, lash lift and makeup. Whilst my hair was being done, Rachel was happy to top up my makeup, the gloss on my lips by her own brand which smelt so good and felt great after my hair was done. I am beyond happy with the service that I was given. They are all so welcoming

Amazing!! definitely recommend. I needed my mums and my hair and make up done for my sisters wedding and it ended up so stunning, Bobby did our hair and Rachel did our make up. Both the fake lashes and the hair lasted us 2-3 days! And you don?t have to worry about your make up fading throughout the day because quality of make up is 10/10 it looks untouched after 8-12 hours. service was 10/10 too!Services: Makeup services

I booked in for August to get my make up done for a wedding. They double booked my first mua and passed me onto another and was asked to contact and confirm with her. Which I did, she said it was all booked in however she took another job which was more money and therefore had to cancel me. I am disappointed with the customer service and there sheer ignorance to bookings. 2 mua and both double booked. I will not be using or recommending to others.
