Good morning, I?ve tried to call a number of times with no answer. I came in this morning to buy calpol. The first bottle I got to my car and realised the bottom had come away when I put it down and it all gushed out of the box only my seat, I assume from a previous drop as I hadn?t dropped it. I returned and the shop assistant was lovely, so helpful and sent me away with a new bottle. The box was secured, in my hurry I didn?t check it. I got home and it was broken in the same way. The bottom had come away. I assume the whole pallet has been dropped at some point and attempted to call to save any other customer incurring the same issue. My Car is full of spilled calpol and my child isn?t as I can?t be sure no glass fragments have entered the liquid.

The manager of that shop should be fired. She has a very bad attitude. I will stop hopping there and urge people of shortstown to go to the other local shops until they learn to respect us as we spend our money there. #boycotttescoexpresscardongtin

Have been to this store often and historically the staff are lovely but in recent months one staff member seems particular rude and on the second occasion I was standing looking for some spinach and he just shoved his trolley in front of me and started adding products to the shelves. I looked at him and he shrugged and carried on. He knew exactly what his doing! I did speak to a couple of people locally and who also said had experienced a rude attitude by the same staff member.

Went in store did my and selected my items, most was the club card offer, went to pay and thought this is a lot, so I went and checked to make sure what I had picked up was in the offer and it was it wax then I realised I forgot to zap my club card which was totally my mistake, so I lined up again and apologised to the cashier to my mistake, and could we sort this out, and wow the attitude of the woman, whether this could be done or not after the transaction doesn't warrant the response, as for Tesco every little helps well she certainly isn't helping you. Perhaps she was just having a bad and normally really helpful.
