Absolute shambles of a store. 3 tills but 1 worker wants to serve the whole of queens park by themselves. I have mentioned this numerous times but they still dont care and dont sort it out. I?m not waiting 30 mins just for 1 item and because their time is not valued, does not mean you can come to work and waste my time. (Time at store 16:00)
My mum comes to this store alone a lot of the time and to think she waits this long to be served at the tills is disgusting and disrespectful.
No common sense.

Absolutely disgusting store. Stock constantly on floor ( against Tesco policy for several reasons and coverd as so in all staff training called click and learn).. went in today and the self serve printer still not issuing receipts after 3 days.. printer jam message displayed a simple 30 second fix top 100 starline items empty or heavly depleted never any bake off. If I was still manager for tesco heads would roll in this shop.. disgraceful

The black lady in the kiosk are rude, moody, she doesn't know how to talk to the costumers, no please, no thank you. She needs a proper training!!!! I would sack her if she will work in my shop.

The staffs were too arrogant especially one of the lady staff. The store closing time as per their web site is 11pm. I was there in front of the store about 10.45 pm with my family. The staff were locked the door from inside and they wouldnt let us enter the store. How dare them to behave like that to the customers.

Staff are always friendly and cleanliness in the store is always high standard. They always manage to keep the bakery section tidy and available even though the shop is quite small. Very good selection of Halal and vegan/vegetarian options. The service is always prompt and I feel safe in the store.

Tesco has some awesome good and costly products. Anything you want/need you can get them. The expiring dates last somewhat long. Good!
