Ordered online, got there a few minutes early to be told they don't have the bread I ordered. That's fine, these things happen. However, the woman serving then proceeded to serve the person that came in after me yet my order was placed 30 mins beforehand and I had clearly walked in before this customer. Extremely rude, won't be returning.

went there 30 mins before closing time and they said they were closed, however the worker was just having a huge gathering with people chatting away. honestly disappointed.

3 or more times now we have ordered via Uber and had incorrectly made sandwiches, missing drinks/cookies/crisps. Uber don't refund and the shop don't care or take responsibility. Blamed it on 'a new trainee' when I rang but its been over an extended time period. Can't recommend. We're out of pocket on items ordered and not received. Don't waste your money. Other Subways in town.

Second time ordering from here and always the same issue. Was supposed to be toasted the cheese and the chicken is freezing cold!

Shop was empty and the man serving me was rushing me to place order before I reached the counter, he was rushing my choice of fillings, didnt ask about salad extras fillings, the snack cabinet is always empty. He was eager for me to pay and leave, this is not the first time, that this guy is more interested with phone, and doing nothing, rather than good customer service.
