I?m a Starbucks gold remember and love Starbucks . I travel a lot for work and always find a Starbucks wherever I go . The Matcha frap is a favourite drink of mine and I have to say that Klaudia at the Bedford Train station location has just made the best Matcha Frap I?ve had anywhere in the world !
Additionally she?s got a great personality , always a pleasure to interact with her and the rest of the team .

Vicky is always super helpful and the service is friendly. I?ve been a few times now as I use the station often and i?ll always pop in and get the same order and they now know my usual! Staff are great and so are the drinks!:)

Great atmosphere and phenomenal coffee, staff was amazing especially Vicky who was extremely friendly and made my drink exactly how i wanted it! One of my favourite cafes in Bedford! Would definitely recommend.

Servers do not follow Starbucks procedures. One female chewing gum and dismissive and another is perfunctory.
