The coffee seemed extra strong so only had the one during our stay, my kids said the iced drinks were good but I didn?t enjoy the coffee.

Exactly like any other Starbucks...popped in here after swimming for a panini and cuppa! Large seating area inside, quick serve, we were happy!\\nHighly recommend

Quick service, and coffee tasted nice. I had a take away so can't comment on the seating areas. I was impressed with their speed considering it's inside a busy park

Having selected a sandwich that required cooking. The food took ages to arrive and when it?s ut did, the marmite and cheese roll was tasteless and the cheese hadn?t melted .

Visited many times over the 5 days we were on site. usually a long queue and a long wait for the drinks. Was really annoyed with the service i got yesterday in The Plazza outlet. I ordered drinks and was asked if staying in or taking out, i said staying in. When i got my drinks they were in take out, i said we were staying in but was told they have no cups as they have been disappearing. i pointed to the large amount of mugs at the back to be told they were not the right size but i know they was and they couldnt be bothered to pour the drinks from cardboard cup to pot mug. terrible service

Ordered a plain black coffeeAfter waiting for 15 minutes it still hadn?t come? how long does it take to make a black coffee? Didn?t bother waiting as I had other things to do. Last time I go for a coffee in a Starbucks.

I?ve been here twice on my trip to center parcs. The staff have been friendly and the service pretty quick. The flat whites I?ve had have been excellent! The food also. I just want to say thank you for helping me today too. I dropped a full flat white on the floor while sorting my baby out and the staff were so lovely cleaned everything up and got me another drink! Thank you!

Would give zero if I could, the order taking was fine but the member of staff who prepared the drinks was truly shocking. They added cream to two which we had not ordered and we politely asked for it to be scooped off, she muttered under her breath went off and slammed the drinks down, We then dared to ask for straws to which she replied over there, until we pointed out there were none over there so we got another huff and she got some. Would never go back and would never use SB's again if that's the customer service they train and provide
